The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between IPM Global Berhad and Snow City Resort Development Berhad was held on 18th June 2016 (Saturday) at Double Tree by Hilton, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This MOU was signed between Ir. Justin Lai and Mr. Molex Low on behalf of IPM and Snow City, witnessed by Dr. Wong Jeh Shyan, CEO of MOC Capital Berhad.

According to the MOU, IPM will be the consultant of all the professional design related to building and construction for the new development at Malacca, the largest Snow City within the ASEAN region. Located strategically by Malacca River, the development is aimed to create another tourism hot spot in Malacca and a wonder in Malaysia. It consists of hotel and residential condominium development with a wide podium housing the ASEAN biggest snow world. This iconic project will be a perfect groundbreaking project for IPM Global Berhad.

Ir. Justin Lai believes that this MOU will further strengthen the collaborative relationship that synergises the growth of IPM & Snow City.
